These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between:
programme; and
("I", "me", "my", or where context reads more naturally: "we", "us", "our") -- the individual operator of the Service.
By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice, which is available at https://shelly.sterogent.com/privacy and explains how we handle your personal data.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
The Service is a personal AI assistant. In this pilot, it operates through your Telegram account and can work with calendar information you choose to share via an ICS link or file. The assistant reads your messages, generates AI-powered responses and summaries, and delivers them to you via Telegram.
What the Service is not: The Service is for personal productivity use only. It is not a professional advisory service and does not provide medical, financial, legal, or other regulated professional advice. Do not rely on AI-generated responses for decisions of material consequence without independent verification.
Pilot scope: In this cohort-1 pilot, the Service operates on Telegram only. Google account integration, WhatsApp, voice features, and paid features are not available. The Service is provided free of charge for the duration of this pilot.
This pilot is restricted to Israeli residents aged 18 or over who have received a personal invitation.
By creating an account, you confirm that:
This pilot is invitation-only. Access is not transferable. Accounts found to be ineligible may be suspended.
You must provide accurate and complete information at registration. You are responsible for:
We may suspend or terminate access if we have reason to believe these Terms have been violated.
You may use the Service only for lawful personal productivity purposes. You must not:
abusive, or that violates the rights of any third party;
models.
You retain ownership of the content you send to the assistant (messages, calendar data, and other material you provide). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process that content to deliver the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.
We do not claim any ownership over your personal emails, calendar events, or other data from your connected accounts.
The Service produces AI-generated responses using Anthropic's Claude. You acknowledge:
situation;
on it, particularly for financial, legal, health, or other consequential decisions;
AI-generated response; and
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Notice at https://shelly.sterogent.com/privacy. The Privacy Notice is part of these Terms. Please read it.
The Service is provided free of charge during this pilot. There is no subscription fee, no in-app purchase, and no payment method is collected. We will give you at least 30 days' advance notice before introducing any charges. If charges are introduced, updated Terms governing payment will be provided for your review and acceptance before any charge is made.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" FOR A FREE PILOT PROGRAMME. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY ISRAELI LAW:
free, or suitable for any particular purpose;
the total amounts you have paid us for the Service. Because the Service is currently free of charge, this limit is ILS 0; and
damage arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Israeli law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981.
By you: You may leave the pilot at any time by contacting us at contact@sterogent.com. On your request we will stop the Service and, on a separate deletion request, delete your personal data as described in the Privacy Notice.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time during this pilot without cause, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. The pilot is a time-limited programme and may be ended by us at any time. We will give you notice of any planned end of the pilot via Telegram.
Termination of your access does not automatically delete your personal data. See the Privacy Notice Section 8 for the distinction between leaving the Service and data deletion.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you via Telegram or your registered contact details at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you may leave the pilot as described in Section 11.
These Terms are governed by Israeli law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Israeli law.
